I like writing reviews for chain places when they either significantly exceed or fail to meet your expectations. This is my favorite chain restaurant and I’ve never had anything I didn’t like !!! Bahama Breeze – King of Persia: Review is part of a New Years’ 2014 Philadelphia trip report including stays in a Loews Philadelphia (Luxury Hotel), and Unique Dining experience at Leziz Turkish Cuisine (Middle Eastern Dining). The Restaurant is located in the King of Prussia, a central location to many shopping centers. It has a great seating area with a view that is very relaxing. Since they did not or could not make us a Virgin Mojito, decided to try out Signature Mocktails (Virgin Drinks). The Drinks tasted really good and we look forward to trying them more in the future.
We order our favorite appetizers Coconut Shrimps (famous large crispy shrimp with citrus-mustard sauce) and Spinach Dip & Chips (You can’t go wrong with with spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer).
My favorite menu item is probably the Fresh Fish of the day (Salmon) which I get as my entree. They are full of vegetables and are so flavorful. Just thinking about it gets you mouth watery 😛 The others order the Salmon (Fresh Fish of the day) with Mash-potatoes.
The food was delicious and even after cleaning our plates like hungry hippos we had room leftover for deserts. We order the following: Warm Chocolate Pineapple Upside (A warm rich chocolate cake with a molten center topped with caramelized pineapple, served with raspberry sauce and fresh island fruit) and Chocolate Island (Rich chocolate mousse on a fudge brownie Island in milk chocolate sauce and vanilla bean) both tasted out of the world!
Adnan and Samia are a Muslim married couple who travel across the world. Adnan works for International Relations through which he is able to make these trips to exotic places and take his wife along for the ride. Together, both of them travel over 400,000 miles in a year!
