There was NO power except the airport, people who were fortunate had backup generators. The cost of a regular generator that would be $900, was selling for $4,000 … We were lucky enough to meet with a Pastor and his church which was working on the grounds at the grassroots level and helping out people where even FEMA has yet to visit.
